ACCTO is een snelgroeiende groep van boekhoudkantoren, actief in West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen en Antwerpen. Met een team van ongeveer 90 medewerkers bieden we boekhoudkundige diensten aan eenmanszaken, vennootschappen en vrije beroepen. Onze naam, ACCTO (ACCounting TOgether), weerspiegelt ons proactieve karakter en de samenwerking binnen de groep. In de afgelopen jaren hebben we intensief gewerkt aan onze digitalisering, optimalisatie van workflows en processen, alsook de ontwikkeling van ons personeelsbeleid. Ter ondersteuning van onze sterke groei, zijn wij op zoek naar een Kantoorverantwoordelijke voor ons kantoor in Turnhout. Als kantoorverantwoordelijke krijg je de kans om een sleutelpositie op te nemen binnen de dagelijkse werking van ons kantoor. In de eerste fase dompel je je onder in onze manier van werken, leer je de collega’s én onze klanten goed kennen. Je coördineert en ondersteunt een team van 6 medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Een mooie mix van operationele betrokkenheid en leiderschap. Wat zijn je taken? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van het kantoor. Je coacht het team en stimuleert een vlotte, constructieve samenwerking tussen collega’s. Je adviseert klanten proactief op het vlak van fiscaliteit en boekhouding, zodat zij hun onderneming efficiënt en toekomstgericht kunnen beheren. Het zoeken naar groeikansen en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden voor het kantoor, zowel op operationeel als strategisch niveau. Het actief bijdragen aan een positieve werkcultuur en het verbeteren van interne processen. Wat bieden wij aan? Je communiceert vlot en haalt energie uit het adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten. Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een ITAA-titel , of bereid deze te behalen. Je hebt een coachende en leidinggevende houding en weet hoe je een team kan motiveren en aansteken voor gezamenlijke doelen. Ben jij de collega die wij zoeken?
