Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team that values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth.We are currently recruiting a Head of Operations – Industrial Solutions for one of our pharmaceutical partners based int he Walloon Brabant.The Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a permanent member of the Management Team, the Head of Operations will define, optimize, implement, and monitor global operations for both services and new equipment. This strategic role is key to shaping the 5-year business plan and ensuring its successful execution through resource alignment and organizational development.You will:Lead Operational StrategyTranslate BU strategy into actionable operational plansDrive execution and ensure alignment with long-term goalsChampion customer centricity and operational excellenceManage and Develop TeamsOversee 4 operational teamsFoster career development and long-term operational expertisePromote cross-functional optimization and resource allocationDrive Continuous ImprovementEstablish governance for process improvement with measurable outcomesSupport change management and transformation initiativesSupport Business & InnovationProvide feedback to enhance product roadmaps and reliability programsCollaborate with R&D and New Applications teams on validation and operating modelsRepresent the BU internally and externallyContribute to pre-sales activities on operational topics.Your ProfileWe’re looking for a strategic leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for excellence:You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in an industrial environment, ideally involving product deliveryProven leadership in managing international and multicultural teamsYou have a strong background in operations and resource managementYou are experienced in change management and organizational transformationSolid business acumen and analytical skillsYou are resilient under pressure and ability to lead through complexityYou are open to travel (~15%) to meet teams and clients.The Recruitment ProcessBy applying for the Head of Operations – Industrial Solutions position, you will go through the following steps:Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist at Nalys, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningA second interview will be held with our Technical Director, Alexandre IvankovichFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.If you're ready to lead global operations with purpose and innovation, we’d love to hear from you
