OPE Product Specialist (M/F)At Yamabiko Europe, our mission is to create the bridge that bonds people and nature with the future. We provide innovative solutions for robotized mowing technologies and outdoor power equipment (OPE).To strengthen our OPE department, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Product Specialist to join our team in Wavre.Let’s talk about your roleUnder the supervision of the OPE Head of Sales & Marketing, you contribute to our sales efficiency by ensuring the alignment of our product offer with the market expectations and by providing regular trainings to our European & African customers distributors.This role will require regular travels up to 30% of your time.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimisation of our product offerConduct regular sales performance reviews of the of existing products by energy, category, region, distributor, distribution channel, etc;Monitor the competition in terms of technology and pricing;Analyse users' behaviour and trends to understand and anticipate market opportunities;Propose adjustments of the product range and pricing based on your market analysis and our overall strategy;Produce regular reports and make recommendations to the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets;Help define sales support tools and write product pitches and product sheets.Presentation of the products rangeMonitor and evaluate distributors' products and technical expertise;Propose trainings and ensure educational support;Present and promote product ranges in an engaging manner by giving dynamic presentations and demonstrations to distributors and their premium dealers;Explain product features, benefits, maintenance and repair;Respond to customers’ questions and concerns in a professional manner;Collect information on customers’ needs and preferences;Report on demonstration results and customers’ feedbacks.Let’s talk about youYou have a Business Degree, ideally in Sales or Marketing;First experience(s) in similar function (5+ years);You have a good knowledge of OPE products;You are autonomous and multitask. You are rigorous, well organized and you are at ease with project management;You have strong analytical ability to propose improvements and optimisations;You have excellent communication skills. You are proficient in public speaking, presentation, sales and persuasion techniques;You are a team player and you can work in a multi-cultural environment;You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French;You feel comfortable in a mechanical and technical environment;You have a very strong feeling of the customer’s needs and behaviours.
