Bij AE werken we aan uitdagende projecten in diverse sectoren, waarbij we bedrijven helpen hun digitale toekomst vorm te geven. Als Solution Architect kan jij hierin een sleutelrol spelen door duurzame en schaalbare digitale oplossingen vorm te geven in lijn met hun strategische visie en noden. Je vertaalt de complexe bedrijfsuitdagingen naar schaalbare en toekomstbestendige IT-oplossingen, waarbij je verschillende oplossingsrichtingen vergelijkt en beslissingen faciliteert. Je kan naadloos navigeren tussen de verschillende niveaus, van management tot dev(ops) teams, en brengt inzichten op al deze niveaus. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met business én IT stakeholders, waardoor je als trusted advisor wordt aanzien. Je begeleidt technische teams in de implementatie. Je coacht en adviseert hen in het volgen van architecturale richtlijnen en best practices. Samen met andere architecten bouw je mee aan de referentie architectuur van de klant, overheen de verschillende oplossingen en projecten. Wie ben jij? Je bent – of evolueert naar – een IT generalist profiel, van waaruit je oplossingen end-to-end kan vormgeven in interactie met experts (business analysten, developers, …) Basiskennis van architectuur principes en diverse architectuur en design patronen Diepgaande kennis in één of meerdere foundation domeinen (data, integratie, cloud, …) is een sterke plus Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een pragmatische mindset om haalbare oplossingen te bieden. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, met de vaardigheid om complexe concepten helder over te brengen aan zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders. Een teamspeler die energie haalt uit kennisdeling en het begeleiden van collega’s. Een sterke architectuur-community waar je omringd wordt door gelijkgestemden die elkaar inspireren en challengen. We bieden een persoonlijk groeipad met trainingen, coaching en kennisdelingssessies, zodat je steeds een stap vooruit blijft in je vakgebied.
