A relevant work permit for either of the above locations is required. About the jobAs a Lead/Senior Payments Business Analyst, you will leverage your experience in payments to define requirements for new payments solutions and enable clients to optimize their payment processes.Through your work you will help our clients modernize their payments services and infrastructure in order to gain a competitive edge and to remain compliant in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. You will work in an international environment on large-scale payment change programs.   Responsibilities·       Analyse and document business and functional requirements for payment systems and processes·       Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs·       Work closely with IT and development teams to implement payment solutions·       Prepare and run workshops with various project stakeholders·       Support our clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the business requirements, as per the client needs·       Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on payment systems·       Monitor and report on the performance of payment systems and processes·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in the payments sector·       Depending on the project setup, lead a team of business analysts, organize the day-to-day tasks of the project members, provide project estimations and report on progress madeQualifications & Skills·       Proven experience as a Business Analyst, and +5 years of experience in the payments domain·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·       Strong written and spoken communication skills in English are a must, strong communication skills in French and / or Dutch a big plus·       Excellent interpersonal skills·       Deep understanding of the wider payment eco-system, payment processing within a bank, and regulations:o  International payment schemes o  Domestic payment schemeso  Instant payment schemeso  Swift MT & ISO 20022o  Good understanding on how the payments domain interacts with surrounding applications (Fraud, AML, Accounting, Liquidity Management, Channels, etc)o  Working experience with payment vendor solutions (FIS-OPF, Finastra-GPP, ICON-IPF,....)·       Ability to work in and develop strong connections with your project stakeholder environment in a remote and international context ·       Experience in working in variety of SDLC /  Project Management (from Waterfall to Agile) and team setups (Business Analysis teams vs Agile Scrum teams) ·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills·       Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)·       Proficiency in understanding RestAPI definitions.
