You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you'll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Business Analyst (Cash, Cards & Payments)As part of our growth, we are looking for motivated consultants to work on high-value projects focused on Cash Management and Payments.Analyze financial flows and Working Capital performanceDiagnose Cash performance and identify improvement leversRecommend improvements to enhance cash predictability and efficiencyParticipate in transformation projects (business and process analysis, tools, reporting)Drive change management : lead workshops with operational and business teamsYou will work closely with client teams and internal stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications: Master DegreePrevious experience within Cash, Cards or Payments3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Project ManagerAnalytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, BPMN and BI software like Tableau or Power BIAbility to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations.Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset.What we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
