Together, we make banking easy by creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.As a Project Manager / Business Analyst , you will guide the change within our daily banking roadmap across digital channels. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless integration into existing digital platforms and contributing to a world‐class customer experience.AccountabilitiesYour responsibilities as Project Manager / Business Analyst will include:Managing the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closureGathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders including customer experience, marketing, and operationsCollaborating with the solution design team to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with the company's digital strategyOverseeing development and testing activities, including integration with existing digital channels and systemsDeveloping and managing project plans, resource allocation, and schedulesCoordinating with stakeholders such as IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful deliveryManaging project risks, issues, and change processes, including mitigation plansDeveloping and managing project budgetsEnsuring on‐time, on‐budget, high‐quality project deploymentsLanguagesEnglish: Strong written and spoken communication skills are required, as English is the corporate language within the departmentFrench: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plusDutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plusProfileMaster's degree with relevant experience in similar projectsProject Management Methodology certification is an asset10+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably in a digital channels environment
