Welkom in het team
Als Workforce Manager ben jij, binnen het Contact Center, verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal inzetten van de medewerkers. Met jouw analytische blik ondersteun je de Contact Center manager in het nemen van de futureproof beslissingen. Je communicatieve vaardigheden zorgen voor een effectieve samenwerking met alle stakeholders.
Jouw rol in het team:
- Forecasting & capaciteitsplanning: Met slimme voorspellingen zorg je er voor dat er altijd genoeg medewerkers zijn op het juiste moment en zorg je voor een goede balans tussen werk en beschikbare medewerkers.
- Bijsturen en analyseren: Je monitort de werkzaamheden en stuurt bij waar nodig. Op basis van de analyse van data detecteer en rapporteer je verbetervoorstellen.
- Samenwerken en adviseren: Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en adviseert de leidinggevenden over de teams, capaciteit en inzet.

Jouw troeven

- Je hebt ervaring in Workforce Management of in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent vaardig in het werken met tools zoals Excel, WFM systemen (Genesys) en BI tools.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, proactief en stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
