Als Organisation Development (OD) Manager maak je deel uit van het HR Transformation & Organisation Development team en draag je bij aan het realiseren van de bedrijfsstrategie en -doelen. Als architect van HR ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de groei en performantie van onze mensen, teams en de organisatie. Je speelt in op de noden en de context van de organisatie in de uitvoering van projecten, de begeleiding van bestaande processen en bij het werken op continue verbetering ervan. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Head of Transformation & Organisation Development. Je identificeert mee welke collectieve strategische prioriteiten we binnen het HR-ecosysteem willen realiseren om onze interne klanten te ondersteunen bij het behalen van onze BAC strategie. Je leidt en levert bijdrage aan transformatie projecten op bedrijfsniveau die onze corporate strategie en waarden ondersteunen. Je gebruikt je diepgaande kennis van HR-beleid en processen en hoe ze op elkaar inspelen om impactvolle oplossingen te ontwikkelen die stapsgewijs onze doelen helpen te behalen. Je kent je OD processen door en door en zorgt voor de kwalitatieve en tijdige uitvoering ervan in lijn met de verantwoordelijkheden en KPI's die we afspreken (b.V. performance management, employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning). Je connecteert, begrijpt en werkt samen met collega's uit de business, communicatie en andere nodige stakeholders om tot efficiënte oplossingen te komen. Je krijgt energie bij het ondersteunen van onze people managers evenals de top 70 leiders en hun teams door het versterken van de cascade van informatie en de facilitatie van verschillende fora. Je bent een kei in het concreet maken van de verandering op het terrein, in nauwe samenwerking met de business en ontwikkelt change management vaardigheden in de organisatie. Je behaalde een masterdiploma. Je hebt minstens 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring in organisatie ontwikkeling, HR of consulting (op het gebied van HR of strategie). Je beschikt over generalistische kennis van organisatie ontwikkeling. Vanuit je natuurlijke interesse en leergierigheid volg je evoluties en trends op vlak van HR (processen) spontaan op en je analyseert hoe ze in onze context vertaald kunnen worden. Je hebt ervaring met project- en change management en bent vertrouwd met de agile approach. Je bent hands-on, resultaatgericht en business oriented. Je schakelt vlot tussen conceptueel of analytisch denken en praktische problem solving. Je bent en werkt als change agent. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie-en presentatievaardigheden op alle niveaus van de onderneming. Je bent contact- en luistervaardig, je pikt signalen uit de business op een proactieve manier en slaagt erin om het vertrouwen te winnen van je collega's en business managers. Je weet jouw (senior) leiders uit te dagen, adviseren, coachen met uw luistervaardigheid, assertiviteit, overtuigingskracht en tact. Je beheerst het Engels en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
