Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, people‑centric, and innovation‑driven team committed to excellence and continuous growth.Today, we are supporting one of our key pharma partners located near Brussels on a major transformation linked to the integration of a new ERP.About the RoleAs part of the Integration Team, you will play a central role in the ongoing IT transformation, driven by the rollout of a new SAP ERP system and broader harmonization of applications across the site.You will support project governance, planning, communication, and coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth alignment with global standards and timelines.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, thrives with multi‑project coordination, and brings strong organizational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport site initiatives related to IT transition and integrationCoordinate and monitor multidisciplinary project activities, ensuring planning, scheduling, and reportingAssist with project documentation, deliverable tracking, and adherence to governance standardsPrepare and coordinate meetings, workshops, and working groups at both local and global levelsDraft meeting minutes and follow up on action itemsFacilitate communication between local teams, and the different stakeholdersHandle project‑related administrative tasks to ensure team efficiency (calendars, documentation, monitoring)Support application alignment with global standards and integration requirements.Skills & QualificationsYou hold a Master’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or another technical fieldYou have at least a first experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in pharma or biotech sectorsYou have a good understanding of GMP conceptsYou have a strong IT affinity and ability to quickly learn new toolsYou are able to manage Microsoft Office 365, MS ProjectYou have a good understanding of product documentation and SOPsYou have strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skillsYou are an excellent communicator with diverse stakeholdersYou are a person detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independentlyCritical thinking and a problem‑solving mindsetYou are fluent in both French & English.Recruitment ProcessAt Nalys, our hiring process is designed to be transparent and engaging:Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist at Nalys, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningA second interview will be held with one of our technical expertsFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.Why join this project?Be part of a major SAP transformation in the pharmaceutical industryContribute to a strategic site integration within a global leading biotech groupWork in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environmentBenefit from Nalys’ strong support, community, and career development opportunities.Ready to join?If you're motivated to support a large‑scale transformation and thrive in a dynamic project environment, we’d love to hear from you👉 Apply via Nalys and become part of a project that truly matters in the pharma world.
