Sales & Event Coordinator - The EGG Brussels The EGG Brussels is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales & Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our venue's success, you will bridge the gap between commercial development and operational excellence. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and is committed to delivering top-tier service to an international clientele. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Drive venue bookings and manage marketing initiatives to maximize site occupancy. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication. Administrative Oversight: Efficiently manage contracts, administrative workflows, and financial follow-ups. Venue Stewardship: Maintain the highest standards of presentation and functionality for our unique event spaces. Your Profile Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in event coordination or venue management. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, French, and Dutch (minimum B2 level). Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and hospitality skills. Aptitude: You are reliable, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a dynamic team.
