For a company located inGrimbergen, we are looking for a transportation analyst. As atransportation analyst you will assist to improve the company'ssupply chain collaboration and the transportation visibility forthe African and Euresian dealers.
We are lookingfor a teamplayer who is familiar with data analysis, has goodcommunication skills and customer focus, has a transportationbackground and eager to learn new tasks.
Yourresponsibilities as a transportationanalyst:
- Daily operational managementof transportation operations
- Operationalsupport for outbound transportation of the company Machines,Engines and Work Tools sourced from worldwide origin regions andshipped to African and Eurasian destinations via varioustransportation modes (ocean, road, rail,air).
- Update and review Milestones and EDImessages to enhance our transportationvisibility
- Provide Root Cause CorrectiveActions on disrupted shipments
- Have regulartouchpoints with the team to align with their business/prioritiesand respond accordingly to their requests fortransportation
Thetransportation analyst we are looking for has the followingskills:
- Bachelor degree orequal by experience
- 1-3 yearsexperience in international transportationoperations
- Fluentin English (written andoral), other languages are an asset
- Team playerwith good interpersonal skills
- Stronganalytical skills
- Solid written &oral communicationskills
- Eager tolearn
- Computer skills(Excel, Word, Access, Cloudapplications)
- Employment as a transportation analystwithin a large logistics player
- A challengingwork environment
- Salaryof €3300 to €3800 per month,depending on yourexperience.
- Mealvouchers of €8 perday
- Homeworking fee of€60 permonth
- Glidinghours
- Hybridworking
