Logistic Controller and Agent (H/F/X)About the job

For one of our clients located in Grâce-Hollogne, we are seeking a Logistic Controller and Agent.

Your responsibilities

The Logistic Controller and Agent is responsible for managing truck orders, monitoring shipments, and ensuring accurate financial tracking of logistics costs. They finalize revenue, process invoices, and update records. Additionally, they handle customer inquiries regarding cost changes and notify the relevant manager when necessary.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify truck orders and financial status.
  • Finalize income and revenue related to shipments.
  • Oversee and track shipments, charges, and AWB/truck costs.
  • Execute the confirm-to-invoice process.
  • Review AWB/truck cost invoices and update the system as needed.
  • Handle customer requests regarding changes in income/costs and communicate with the sales team or commercial manager.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support or as a client service representative with an airline or a GSA.

Skills:

  • Language: Fluent in English required, French preferred
  • Knowledge of airline booking systems (Priority, IBS, SkyChain, Cargospot)
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to and respond to different types of characters and situations
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Open-minded and eager to learn
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A warm, welcoming personality with a positive and flexible attitude.
