**Procurement & Logistics Manager (M/F/d)**:
For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for:
**Procurement and Logistics Operations Manager (Fulltime)**

As Procurement and Logistics Operations Manager, you will lead the Purchasing department ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction. You are also responsible for the whole logistics workflow within Rolls-Royce Solutions Liège. As a leader, you will effectively lead, support and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the organization’s success.

**Key Tasks**
- ** Procurement**:

- Ensure that the item data and purchase prices are checked annually.
- Secure that inventory levels are maintained at optimum value.
- Purchase trade goods and services.
- Hold talks with (potential) suppliers and negotiate with them.
- Make certain that supplier audits are held regularly.
- Guarantee timely availability of materials, parts and services.
- ** Logistics**:

- Play an important role in ensuring that warehousing, shipments and packaging activities can take place in a complete and timely manner.
- Optimize logistics operations and maintain cost-effective logistic processes.
- ** Leadership**:

- Lead a team of 10 employees and create a positive work environment so they can be at their best.
- Encourage a continuous improvement mindset within the team and train/inform them about new initiatives within the work area.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, reports and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive compliance with safety regulations and requirements within area of responsibilities and act as a role model at company level. Identify risks, analyze root causes and share initiatives for improvements within work areas.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master Degree (HBO) or equivalent, in a commercial, economics or purchasing direction.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a leading role.
- Commercial techniques, purchasing and logístical knowledge.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proactive and responsible.
- Ability to coach, develop and motivate.
- Change management capabilities.
- Results and solutions driven.
- Customer and service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, team working and autonomous skills.
