As a Project & Change Management Consultant, you will support leading companies in delivering digitalization projects that truly stick. You will combine strong project management expertise with proven change management skills to ensure that digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and with full adoption by end users.You willLead or support digital transformation projects, from initial scoping to delivery and adoption.Structure and manage project governance, timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.Drive change management activities: stakeholder analysis, communication, training and adoption planning.Facilitate workshops and align business and IT stakeholders on objectives, roles, and expectations.Monitor adoption and success metrics to ensure sustainable impact of digitalization projects.Depending on your experience, you will lead project workstreams or support senior colleagues while developing your expertise.What we expectSolid experience in project management (planning, governance, risk management) and change management (communication, training, adoption).Proven exposure to digital transformation.Familiarity with structured project management and change methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Prosci, ADKAR, Agile).Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.A collaborative, ambitious and positive mindset.Fluency in English and proficiency in either French or DutchWhat we offerA supportive and dynamic atmosphere with positive colleagues in a healthy, growing company.Attractive financial conditions aligned with your experience and contribution.A clear career path: from growing responsibilities as a consultant to leading client engagements and guiding junior colleagues.Best-in-class project management and change management training and certifications to keep you at the forefront of the market.
