As part of the implementation of the transformation plan, we wish to hire a Change Manager Medior for our Change Management unit - Transformation Division. The Change Manager will mainly be assigned to the SMART program (deployment of smart meters). The services will take place on the site in Liège, with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week.

His primary responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, better end use, and better control of changes that affect people. These improvements will increase the realization of benefits, the creation of value, the return on investment and the realization of results.

The priority tasks requested concern the conduct of change management activities and the production of associated change management deliverables on several projects in accordance with the defined change management methodology:

- Define a structured approach adapted to the situation:
° Identify stakeholders

° carry out the necessary impact analyzes

° analyze the possible resistances

° Design the change plan (communication plan, training plan, commitment plan, etc.)

°
- Roll out the change plan:
° Lead and monitor activities related to the change plan (communication, training, commitment, etc.)

° Measure and evaluate the situation continuously throughout the course of the project

° Ensure that the determined and essential deliverables are well produced and adapted for the transition to production

- Establish sustainability activities
- Measure the anchoring of the change

Desired relationship skills:

- Have very good written and verbal communication skills by adapting to various audiences.
- Have the spirit of initiative, make proposals and anticipate
- Have a solid understanding of how people go through change and the process of change.
- Have very good active listening and empathy skills.
- Be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Certified Prosci/Adkar.
