Je recherche actuellement un Change Manager sénior pour rejoindre une organisation publique belge en pleine transformation numérique. Si vous avez envie de contribuer à des projets à fort impact sociétal et d'accompagner des équipes dans la transition vers de nouveaux outils et nouvelles pratiques, cette mission pourrait vous intéresser. Les bureaux sont situés à Bruxelles et ils proposent du télétravail sous forme hybride. Votre rôle En tant que Change Manager expérimenté, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'adoption des transformations en cours. Vous élaborez la stratégie de changement, accompagnez les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux et veillez à ce que les changements soient compris, intégrés et durablement adoptés. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projet, les responsables métiers et les sponsors afin d'assurer une transition fluide et maîtrisée. Vos responsabilités principales Conseiller et guider le comité de direction dans son rôle de sponsor du changement. Accompagner et coacher les managers dans la conduite du changement auprès de leurs équipes. Co-construire la stratégie globale de changeùent et piloter son exécution. Identifier les parties prenantes et définir les plans de communication, sensibilisation et formation. Préparer, coordonner et suivre les activités de formation liées aux nouveaux outils et processus. Collaborer avec les project/program managers pour anticiper les impacts et proposer des plans d'atténuation. Suivre la progression des initiatives et ajuster les actions au besoin. Détecter et adresser les résistances au changement dans une logique constructive. Mesurer la satisfaction des parties prenantes et tirer les enseignements pour les initiatives futures. Assurer une communication claire, structurée et adaptée à chaque public interne. Votre profil Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en conduite du changement dans des organisations d'envergure. Expérience confirmée dans plusieurs transformations digitales majeures. Minimum 3 expériences probantes dans la mise en place d'un CRM en entreprise. Expérience dans au moins trois environnements publics belges. Certification PROSCI/ADKAR demandée. Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion du changement. Compétences solides en gestion de projet / programme. Approche orientée collaboration, communication et résultat. Français natif. Envie de relever le défi ?
