Le Groupe P&V a l'opportunité parfaite pour vous : nous recrutons un(e) Product Manager Life En tant que responsable produit vie, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement de la stratégie de produits de l'entreprise. Vous serez chargé de la création de nouveaux produits et services ainsi que du renouvellement de l'offre de produits et de solutions existantes. Vous analysez l'environnement du marché d'assurance vie, identifiez de nouvelles opportunités, conceptualisez et implémentez l'offre de produits et de services en ligne avec la législation, les conditions de marché et la stratégie de l'entreprise. Vous suivez les tendances de marché de l'assurance vie et des pensions complémentaires, notre position concurrentielle et formulez des propositions innovatrices en matière de nouveaux produits et de services. Vous suivez les évolutions législatives et réglementaires européennes et belges en collaboration avec notre équipe d'Advisors Tax & Legal et vous vous assurez de la conformité de notre offre avec ces dernières. Vous conduisez des études stratégiques approfondies pour analyser et comprendre les tendances du marché et de production, tout en évaluant régulièrement la satisfaction et la fidélisation du client. Vous êtes responsable de l'implémentation end-to-end des nouveaux produits et du renouvellement de notre offre existante en tant que chef de projet et favorisez la collaboration entre les différents stakeholders (pricing, gestionnaires, IT, sales, compliance, claims et acceptation, …). Vous développez un réseau solide de contacts au sein du groupe P&V mais également au niveau du marché pour vous soutenir dans votre rôle. Vous élaborez la stratégie de communication en matière de produits et d'évolution de l'offre pour les courtiers, les agents, les clients et les assurés. Vous développez et assurez les formations en matière de produits et d'évolution de l'offre auprès des équipes de gestion et des équipes de vente. Vous participez aux groupes de travail d'Assuralia dans votre spécialité. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des produits d'épargne et d'investissements ainsi que des garanties complémentaires (Décès, Incapacité et Revenu garanti, etc.) et avez un intérêt pour les produits de pensions complémentaires. Vous possédez un master à orientation économique, un master en assurance ou en droit (ou équivalent) et/ou une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des assurances vie ou des pensions complémentaires. Vous êtes analytique, précis et avez la capacité de traduire une idée abstraite en actions concrètes. Vous aimez faire preuve d'initiative, travailler de manière autonome et mener un projet à terme. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, la collaboration et la confiance sont des valeurs essentielles pour vous. Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, en néerlandais ou en français, et avez une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue.
