Description:Project contextMandatory Languages: Dutch, French, English (professional level required)Within the Front Office of the Client, the Network and Telecom Operations Manager ensures the proper functioning, supervision, and evolution of the company's network and telecom infrastructures. They are responsible for the deployment of network infrastructures within their scope, and for managing the relationship between telecom operators and the group’s entities. They must be able to travel to the group’s various sites in Belgium.Goals and deliverablesResponsibilities:Ensure daily management of network and telecom infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WIFI, etc.)Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance actionsHandle incidents, perform diagnostics, escalate and follow up until resolutionContribute to the continuous improvement of the network architectureDocument procedures, configurations, and technical changesCollaborate with project teams to integrate network developmentsSupervise or coordinate suppliers and subcontractors involved in network operationsUndergo training and maintain site access authorizations for industrial sitesTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, routing, etc.Experience with network monitoring tools (Spectrum, Nagios, Cacti, etc.)Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)Solid understanding of network concepts (firewalls, VLAN, NAC, WIFI, etc.)Asset: experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalentExpertise:Technical project managementWriting clear technical documentationNetwork performance analysis and optimizationSoft Skills:Analytical mindset and service-orientedExcellent communication skills, both written and oralRigor, autonomy, and proactivity• Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, routing, etc.Experience with network monitoring tools (Spectrum, Nagios, Cacti, etc.)Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)Solid understanding of network concepts (firewalls, VLAN, NAC, WIFI, etc.)Asset: experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalentExpected skillsNuclear safety – Nuclear security – ANS investigation (state security)Electrical BA4/BA5TCP/IP, routing, switchingITSM (ServiceNow)VCA (AIB Vinçotte certification)
