You'll collaborate with clients in pharma, biotech, and medtech to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as:Project DeliveryImplement digital tools (e.g QMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, LIMS, ...) and platforms in regulated environmentsConduct data analysis and reporting to improve operational performanceSupport transversal digital transformation initiativesClient EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying business needs and proposing tailored digital solutionsServe as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and operational realitiesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across departments (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT)Team CollaborationWork closely with data scientists, IT experts, and business analystsContribute to sustainable, innovative deliverables within cross-functional teamsYour ProfileMaster's degree in Science, Bioengineering, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics1–5 years of experience in consulting, data, IT, or digital transformation within Life SciencesFluent in English and French or DutchStrong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical insights into business valueUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11) and familiarity with data integrity and validation principles (CSV)Experience with project management or Agile methodologies is a plusPassionate about innovation, technology, and healthcare impactWhat Avertim OffersA dynamic environment where ideas and individuals matterA young, vibrant, and fast-growing teamAccess to a European network of cross-industry expertiseContinuous learning and career development opportunitiesA competitive compensation package aligned with your experience
