Pour assurer un service d'excellence à nos client.e.s, nous sommes à la recherche de nos super héros du service client Notre team, basée à Montpellier, est composée de 25 personnes, réparties en 3 équipes.
Tes futures missions
- Gestion des demandes entrantes des administrateurs de Swile (ce sont les personnes qui gèrent les avantages salariés au sein d'une entreprise)
- Rédaction des FAQ et des knowledge bases
- Caractérisation des problématiques rencontrées par nos clients (facturation, gestion administrative, traitement de commandes…)
- Capacité de porter la voix des utilisateurs en interne sur des projets transverses
- Incarner le savoir-faire de tous les produits Swile (Titres Resto, Titres Cadeau, Titres Mobilité...)
Ce à quoi il faut s'attendre sur les 6 premiers mois

- Prise en main des outils & process
- Répondre aux demandes administrateurs avec le bon ton of voice en respectant les process

- Être totalement autonome sur tous types de problématiques
- Connaître les bons interlocuteurs et être en mesure de faire des remontées produits
