We are supporting a major enterprise-level organisation undergoing a large-scale IT transformation. To strengthen a newly established Test & QA function, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong Test Data Management (TDM) expertise to play a key role in this greenfield initiative. Logistics Role: Freelance Test Manager – Test Data Management Contract: 12 months (extension likely) Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site) Languages: English + French or Dutch Start Date: ASAP Rate: Competitive & negotiable Responsibilities Define and implement a robust Test Data Management (TDM) strategy Ensure availability of secure, compliant, and high-quality test data across environments Align test data strategy with overall test approach and project objectives Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple initiatives Oversee test execution, defect management, risks, and quality reporting Act as a key stakeholder interface across IT, business, and delivery teams Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and test data practices Required Skills Strong experience as a Test Manager in complex IT environments Proven expertise in Test Data Management (masking, anonymisation, subsetting) Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar SQL knowledge and exposure to test automation (Selenium and/or Robot Framework) Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities Nice to Have Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) ISTQB certification Exposure to energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure domains Interested?
