IT Business Analyst – Brussels- NL/FR required A large international organisation is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support strategic IT and business initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.This role sits at the intersection of business processes, IT systems, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on analysis, alignment, and delivery.IT Business Analyst – Role OverviewAs IT Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements while ensuring alignment with the organisation's digital strategy.IT Business Analyst – Key ResponsibilitiesAs IT Business Analyst, you will:Analyse and formalise business needs, processes, and requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional and non-functional specificationsAct as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and external partnersSupport the definition of solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and IT standardsParticipate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholdersContribute to project planning, scope definition, and impact analysisSupport testing phases, validation, and user acceptanceEnsure proper documentation and knowledge transferIT Business Analyst – Required ProfileThe ideal IT Business Analyst has:Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in complex environmentsStrong analytical and structured thinking skillsExperience working with business processes, applications, and IT systemsAbility to translate business needs into clear functional documentationStrong communication skills and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working in project-based or transformation contextsFamiliarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery modelsIT Business Analyst – Technical & Functional SkillsDepending on the project scope, the IT Business Analyst may have experience with:Business process modelling and optimisationFunctional analysis and solution designEnterprise applications and integrated IT landscapesData analysis and reporting conceptsCollaboration tools and documentation standardsIT Business Analyst – Languages & LocationEnglish as working languageKnowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong assetBrussels-based role with hybrid working modelIT Business Analyst – Why This OpportunityWork on impactful digital and IT transformation initiativesExposure to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projectsCentral role connecting business strategy and IT deliveryLong-term opportunity within a stable and structured organisation
