- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
- **Process Mapping and Improvement**:
- Utilize tools like Visio to map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Analyze existing processes and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- **Solution Design and Documentation**:
- Work closely with IT architects and developers to design technical solutions that align with business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
- **Workshops and Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Organize and facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and align stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- **Support and Development**:
- Provide ongoing support to the development team, clarifying requirements and assisting in the resolution of issues.
- Participate in the development process, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into the technical design.
- **Testing and User Support**:
- Engage in acceptance testing, working closely with business users to validate that solutions meet their needs.
- Follow up on testing results, coordinate bug fixes, and ensure successful implementation of new systems.

- Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience with business process mapping tools like Visio, data analysis, and project management.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, JIRA).
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
