Onze klant behoort tot de top van afvalverwerkende bedrijven in de Benelux en Noord-Frankrijk. Al meer dan 50 jaar lang is het hun missie om afval een tweede leven te geven, als grondstof en als energie. Dat doen ze samen met bijna 900 medewerkers, verspreid over 15 vestigingen in België en Frankrijk. Naast een zeer uiteenlopend dienstenaanbod voor de inzameling van afval, zijn ze ook heel sterk gespecialiseerd in innovatieve recyclagemethoden.

Gesterkt door hun verleden en gericht op de toekomst zetten ze volledig in op groei en innovatie. Hiervoor gaan we op zoek naar een Digital Project Manager.

Onze klant zoekt een project manager die procesmatig kan denken en zich graag verder verdiept in de wereld van digitalisatie. Je zet je in voor digitalisatie projecten van initiatie en concept fase tot en met de uitvoering en go-live. Als project manager coördineer je het volledige project.

Wat houdt deze functie precies in?

  • Als projectmanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze projecten, van de eerste project scoping tot aan de go-live en de overdracht aan operations.
  • Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van het projectteam, waarbij je iedereen scherp houdt en richting geeft tijdens de verschillende projectfases.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je projectteam en interne klanten om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt – you make it happen
  • Samenwerking met partners en het strikt monitoren van de voortgang en budgetten behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je beheert de tijd, scope, budget en risico's van de toegewezen projecten, waarbij je proactief problemen signaleert en oplost.
  • Bovendien rapporteer je aan een cross-functionele stuurgroep en houd je iedereen up-to-date over de status van de projecten.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of projectmatig werken binnen een digitale context.
  • Hoewel je geen techneut hoeft te zijn, ben je voldoende 'tech savvy' om de brug te slaan met ontwikkelaars en IT-technische experts die de oplossingen voor het project realiseren.
  • Binnen een digitale context ben je bekend met het definiëren van concepten, wire-framing, design, user stories, ontwikkeling, go-live en post-go-live ondersteuning.
  • Je hebt een product mindset en verdiept je graag in de productfunctionaliteiten. Je weet hoe je de oplossing kunt afstemmen op de wensen van de business.
  • Je bent in staat projecten op te volgen, proactief bij te sturen en overzichtelijk feedback te bezorgen aan de stakeholders.
  • Het nastreven van mijlpalen binnen de projectplanning en het opvolgen van het budget is voor jou belangrijk.
  • Vooruitkijken, nieuwsgierig zijn en snel leren zijn enkele van jouw sterke punten. Je bent resultaatgericht en goed georganiseerd.
  • Daarnaast richt je je op efficiënt teamwork, waarbij je goed kunt delegeren en opvolgen.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten en fungeert als een bruggenbouwer, zowel naar interne medewerkers als naar (potentiële) partners toe.
  • Je hebt het in je om door te groeien naar het nemen van grotere verantwoordelijkheden, zoals bijvoorbeeld programma management.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, worden verwacht. Indien een van deze talen nog een uitdaging vormt, ben je bereid je talenkennis op te waarderen tot een werkbaar niveau.
