Are you a finance leader with expertise in business control, budgeting, and strategic planning? As Director Business Controller, you'll join an ONG in Brussels dedicated to driving impactful change and fostering a sustainable future. Your Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of 4 Business Controllers, fostering performance, resilience, and continuous improvement. Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning cycles, and ensure accurate reporting to support informed decision-making. Build strong partnerships accross internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial insights and business strategy. Drive efficiency by streamlining business control processes, enhancing data quality, and implementing innovative tools like Power BI and Adaptive. Ensure adherence to regulations and policies while delivering high-quality financial reports for projects, funders, and governance purposes. Your Profile as Director Business Controller : 8+ years of experience in business control, financial analysis, or budget management within complex organizations. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and navigating organizational change. Advanced proficiency in financial tools (Power BI, Excel, Adaptive) and strong analytical capabilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.
