For one of my customer we are looking for a PMO for a SAP S/4HANA Transformation program.Location: Brussels(2 days per month)Duration: 12+ months(renewable)Description:The programme uses a hybrid delivery model, combining:Agile activities (e.g. sprints, backlogs, increments) for configuration/development in some domainsWaterfall-driven phases for activities such as integration testing, data migration, cutover and go-live, as well as for the entire project.Responsibilities:1. Integrated planning & scheduling2. Reporting & KPIs3. Program Status Meeting & operational governance4. Risk, issue & change tracking5. Coordination with the system integrator PMO6. Documentation, tools & PMO standards7. Support to the head of PMOProfile:Demonstrated experience (10 years +) in PMO or project management on large transformation programmes (global core template dev., test, deployment and dual run with legacy).Experience with SAP S/4 Hana or other ERP programmes is a strong advantage.Comfortable working in a hybrid delivery environment (Agile sprints and Waterfall phases).Strong organisational and coordination skills; able to manage several parallel workstreams and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in consulting or system integration environment (e.g. having worked for a major firm).Good communication skills in English; able to present complex status in a clear and structured way (written and spoken).Structured, reliable, solution-oriented and able to work effectively with both in-house teams and integrator teams.Experience with Jira is a plus.
