En tant que Supply Chain Officer vous assurez la gestion des matériaux et des fournisseurs en lien avec le planning. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production en respectant les exigences de la production et assurez la circulation efficace des matériaux à travers l’usine.

Vous répondez aux demandes commerciales pour les changements en indiquant les options, les coûts et les implications. Le Supply Chain Officer fait preuve de polyvalence et assure la fonction de back-up de l équipe Supply Chain.

Responsabilités :

  • Collecter et analyser des données pour fournir du contenu aux équipes de projet, sous la supervision du Team Leader Supply Chain.
  • Créer et mettre à jour les rapports journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels du département.
  • Soutenir la création d'un planning de production ferme en ligne avec le plan général.
  • Gérer les niveaux d'inventaire en accord avec les objectifs de stock définis.
  • Traiter les stocks non movers et slow movers.
  • Gérer la livraison des matières.
  • Fournir un planning de vente aux fournisseurs clés.
  • Créer et maintenir le masterdata du site en conformité avec les standards du groupe.

Compétences et formation que nous recherchons

  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master en logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, ...ouvous avez une expérience équivalente.
