Functieomschrijving
  1. Ophalen van medische stalen in overeenstemming met de gedefinieerde toeren (locaties, instructies en tijdsippen van passage) alsook op basis van de aanvullende oproepen via de dispatching (het secretariaat) en zorgvuldig vervoeren van de stalen conform de procedures van het laboratorium, evenals de levering van stalen aan laboratoria in onderaanneming.
  2. Leveren van materiaalpakketten overeenkomstig de ontvangen bestellingen en, indien van toepassing, leveren van analyseresultaten aan bepaalde voorschrijvers.
  3. Informeren van zijn/haar manager over feedback van klanten en andere relevante informatie voor de afdeling.
  4. Toepassen van de kwaliteitsdocumenten die van toepassing zijn in het laboratorium.
  5. Rapporteren en deelnemen aan de behandeling van niet-conformiteiten en klachten, en uitvoeren van corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  6. Suggesties doen om de werking van de afdeling en het kwaliteitssysteem te optimaliseren.
  7. Deelnemen aan kwaliteitsaudits.
  8. Optimaliseren van de toeren.
  9. Vertegenwoordigen van het laboratorium naar klanten toe en zorgen voor goede klantenrelaties.
  10. Respecteren van de dresscode van het bedrijf.
  11. Respecteren van verkeersregels en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Vereisten
  1. Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect (Frans is een pluspunt).
  2. Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  3. Je kan werken met Smartphone applicaties.
  4. Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en zelfstandig.

Contractduur: 6 maanden.
