Functie omschrijving

In de eerst plaats sta je in voor het coachen van onze techniekers en het organiseren en plannen van het preventief en curatief onderhoud van ons machinepark.

Verder ben je trekker inzake mogelijke optimalisaties (projecten, investeringen, …) en onderhoud je de contacten met onze leveranciers (wisselstukken, …) om een optimale performantie van ons machinepark te bekomen.

Je garandeert ten allen tijde de veiligheid van ons productie-apparaat en staat mee garant voor de kwaliteit van onze afgewerkte producten.

Je rapporteert aan de Plant Manager.

Vereisten

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een hoger diploma Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Relevante leidinggevende ervaring is aangewezen.

Je bent hands-on ingesteld en steekt dan ook graag waar nodig zelf een handje bij

Je bent een resultaatgerichte coach met de ambitie om met jouw initiatieven ons technisch (- en productie) apparaat naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Je communiceert op no-nonsense wijze en voelt je goed in een familiale bedrijfscultuur met korte communicatielijnen.

Goede kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
