About the Company Sparagus is a recruitment and talent solutions partner helping companies build high-performing teams across IT, engineering, and business domains. We operate with a strong delivery mindset and a focus on quality, speed, and long-term relationships. Our MSP recruitment offering supports enterprise clients with structured supplier management, consultant onboarding, and scalable hiring operations. About the Role As MSP Lead, you will own and manage Sparagus' MSP recruitment offering end-to-end. You'll act as the central point of coordination between clients, recruitment partners/suppliers, and internal delivery teams, ensuring a high-quality and consistent consultant experience while improving efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial negotiation skills, supplier/vendor management, and operational discipline, and who enjoys building scalable processes in a fast-moving recruitment environment. Responsibilities MSP Program Ownership & Operations Own the day-to-day management and growth of Sparagus' MSP recruitment programs. Build and maintain best-practice processes for requisition intake, sourcing workflows, submissions, and onboarding. Ensure smooth delivery across multiple clients, roles, and supplier channels. Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues, supplier performance gaps, and consultant onboarding challenges. Supplier Management & Performance Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment suppliers/partners across relevant markets and specialties. Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, SLAs, and performance expectations. Drive supplier performance through clear KPIs (time-to-submit, quality of hire, retention, compliance, feedback). Conduct business reviews with suppliers and ensure continuous improvement. Take decisive action on underperformance (corrective actions, replacing suppliers, tightening terms). Consultant Lifecycle Management (Onboarding → Offboarding) Coordinate consultant onboarding: contracts, documentation, compliance, and client-specific processes. Ensure a strong and professional consultant experience throughout their assignment. Maintain accurate data and documentation across all consultants and suppliers. Support extensions, renewals, and offboarding processes. Commercial & Client Partnership Support client stakeholder management with clear reporting, transparency, and proactive communication. Provide market insights on rates, availability, hiring trends, and supplier performance. Work closely with leadership on pricing strategies, program optimization, and new MSP opportunities. Process Improvement & Tools Improve operational workflows and ensure consistent use of systems (ATS/CRM/VMS). Create and maintain documentation: playbooks, onboarding checklists, supplier scorecards, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements (e.g., GDPR, right-to-work, documentation standards). What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months) Suppliers are managed with clear SLAs, consistent communication, and measurable performance reporting. Consultant onboarding is smooth, fast, and consistent across clients. Improved time-to-submit and higher quality submissions from the supplier network. Clients experience structured delivery, transparency, and strong partnership management. Internal processes are documented, scalable, and consistently followed. Underperformance is addressed quickly and firmly, and standards are maintained without compromise. Qualifications Proven experience in MSP delivery, RPO/MSP operations, recruitment program management, or vendor/supplier management. Strong understanding of the contractor/consultant lifecycle (compliance, onboarding, contracts). Commercial ability to negotiate supplier terms, manage pricing, and enforce agreements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (clients, suppliers, consultants). Operational mindset: structured, process-driven, detail-oriented. Comfortable working fully remote in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills Strong Character & Mindset (Important) We're looking for someone with real backbone — calm, disciplined, and hard to shake. You hold yourself and others to high standards, and you follow through consistently. You're comfortable having difficult conversations and holding suppliers accountable. You are highly diligent: you operate with discipline, structure, and attention to detail. You are a tough negotiator: firm, fair, and results-driven — you know how to protect margins and secure strong terms. You don't tolerate excuses or repeated underperformance, and you address issues quickly and professionally. You're resilient, persistent, and you don't stop at the first "no." Preferred Skills Experience working with VMS/ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.). Experience with IT/engineering staffing markets in Europe. Experience building MSP frameworks from scratch (scorecards, supplier networks, onboarding playbooks).
