We are constantly enhancing our portfolio to keep up-to-date with industry technology and trends. We are looking for a Lead Business Consultant to join our EMEA Consulting Services team. You will be part of the Data Management Service Line responsible for implementation of Data Management solutions covering: Integration – how SimCorp Dimension® connects to and interacts with external systems and solutions Data Warehouse and Reporting – how information is retrieved from SimCorp Dimension® System Operations – the services required to access and process data inside SimCorp Dimension® In your role you will also be exposed to the whole SimCorp value chain from Front Office to Back Office, including Reporting. What You Will Be Responsible For Manage tasks in a project team, advising and assisting clients with the use of SimCorp Dimension in their daily operational work Facilitate between end‑users and SimCorp’s team to capture, define, and suggest the most adapted solution for client requirements Build, deliver, and test configuration work in SimCorp Dimension based on client requirements Advise on process improvements and contribute to best practice documentation for implementations Continuously expand knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and clients’ business to ensure optimal value Participate in knowledge sharing within service line projects and tasks Engage in international know‑how exchange with colleagues What We Value Deep dive into business processes in investment management, model them in our software, and bring: Experience implementing or configuring systems similar to SimCorp Dimension® or work as a Business Analyst or Consultant in asset management, asset servicing, insurance, or consulting firms (minimum 2 years) Degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or similar qualification Familiarity with processes at asset managers, insurance companies, and banks Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data warehouse, reports, and XSLT (XML) High organizational skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team Strong communication, consulting skills, commercial awareness, customer orientation, and quality consciousness Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge Fluency in English and Dutch Readiness to travel Benefits SimCorp provides a range of benefits that may influence decisions regarding job offers.
