A day in the life of a Data Change Lead

As a Data Change Lead, you will become one of the right-hands of our Chief Data Officer and the following (regulatory) data obligations will be under your responsibility:

- Define, together with the Tribe’s management team, the data and data platform strategy
- Scope, gap analysis, action plan and coordination for specific data roadmaps, such as BCBS 239
- Obtain the sign-off of the business stakeholders during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s)
- Create reporting on your data transformation roadmap
- Create periodical dashboards for steering committees and/or executive boards
- Support the other Data Management roadmaps, which are driven by our Product Leads

As a Data Change Lead, you will need:

- Broad knowledge and practical experience with projects related to use of data governance, data quality, data lineage, etc
- Experience as a trusted advisor for data-related questions (the “go-to data person”);
- Hands-on person who is not afraid to set up collaborations, make decisions, set priorities and put them into action in a dynamic environment;
- Critical thinker that is not afraid to challenge the business and move the organization to a new maturity level in data driven decision making;
- Ability to bring innovation and automation to operationalize some tasks and focus on strategic improvements;
- Hands-on SQL, databases experience, data warehouse experience is a plus;
- Experience with data modeling techniques and data models development is a plus;
- Experience with core banking, finance or risk processes is an added value.
