**Role Responsibilities**:
- Lead communication initiatives for a project, driving change and innovation in Health & Safety standards.
- Develop and implement engaging communication plans to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Collaborate with the dynamic EHS team to ensure seamless integration of Health & Safety software across all company locations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, project management, or related field.
- Multiple years of experience in internal communications within a corporate environment.
- Very good experience in change management methodologies and ideally ADKAR certified.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety is a plus.
- Fluent level of English, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
