Als Tax Reporting & Accounting Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- De Tax reporting & accounting Officer zet zijn/haar expertise in om samen met onze advocaten een hoogwaardige compliance te realiseren in de klantendossiers.
- De compliance in de klantendossiers omvat de uiteenlopende fiscale verplichtingen waarmee wij onze klanten bijstaan, zoals aangifte-, fiche- en andere verplichtingen inzake personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, BNI, roerende voorheffing, bedrijfsvoorheffing, btw, intrastat, erfbelasting, enz. De opdracht varieert van het indienen van aangiftes op basis van de door onze advocaten aangeleverde voorbereiding tot het volledig en autonoom voorbereiden en indienen van de aangiftes zelf, steeds in nauw overleg met de betrokken advocaat.
- De compliance omvat ook de boekhoudkundige en jaarrekeningrechtelijke verplichtingen van familiale vermogensstructuren, zoals maatschappen en private stichtingen. Dit betreft assistentie bij het voeren van hun boekhouding en de opmaak van jaarstukken en aanverwante documenten (jaarrekening, notulen van vergaderingen, oproepingsbrieven, enz.).
- Naast assistentie in individuele klantendossiers, behoudt de Tax Reporting Officer ook het overzicht over de compliance taken in het geheel van onze klantendossiers. Hij/zij bewaakt relevante termijnen, zorgt dat de nodige volmachten tijdig beschikbaar zijn en staat in voor centraal mandatenbeheer.
Ideaal profiel van de Tax Reporting & Accounting Officer:
- Een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) met enkele jaren ervaring.
- Vlot Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Frans.
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid en praktische ingesteldheid. Kan zelfstandig werken en is communicatief sterk.
- Ervaring in een accountantskantoor is zeer nuttig.
