Als Customer Service Representative ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z. Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten, geeft product- en leveringsinformatie en biedt ondersteuning en advies.

Wat kun je verwachten?

  • Je verwerkt inkomende orders in SAP en coördineert leveringen met zowel de klant als de transportafdeling.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatige communicatie met onze magazijn- en productieplanningteams om tijdige leveringen te garanderen.
  • Door je klanten goed te leren kennen, kun je anticiperen op hun behoeften en hen proactief ondersteunen bij het beheren van hun orderportefeuille.
  • Je krijgt de kans om initiatief te nemen en procesverbeteringen te identificeren, waarbij je bijdraagt aan lopende Customer Service projecten in nauwe samenwerking met je collega's.
  • Jij en je teamgenoten functioneren als een goed geoliede machine. Hoewel je primair verantwoordelijk bent voor je eigen klantenportefeuille, fungeer je ook als back-up voor je collega's wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Naast direct klantcontact werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders, zoals salesmanagers en het commerciële managementteam.

Waarom jij een fit zou kunnen zijn:

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een relevant vakgebied en bij voorkeur enige praktijkervaring in klantenservice.
  • Gezien onze internationale aanwezigheid is beheersing van het Engels, Frans en/of Duits vereist. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vindt het leuk om de juiste oplossingen voor klanten te vinden.
  • Je gedijt goed in een dynamische en snelle omgeving en blijft flexibel en kalm onder druk.
  • Je werkt graag in een proactief, dynamisch en positief team en draagt bij aan een prettige sfeer van samenwerking.
  • Je hebt een gestructureerde aanpak, sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd initiatief te nemen.
  • Je bent bedreven in Microsoft Office en ervaring met SAP is een sterk pluspunt.
