Job Title: Microsoft 365 TrainerLanguages Required: EnglishContract Duration: Long-term AssignmentWork Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 3 days Onsite & 2days WFH)Job Description - Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Microsoft 365 Trainer you will:Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications that promote the value and benefits of Microsoft 365 tools.Design and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) on Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, and the Power Platform.Collaborate with IT, HR, and business leaders to plan and implement adoption strategies for new Microsoft 365 features and updates.Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify opportunities to introduce new tools or features.What would make you a fit for the role:Proven experience in Microsoft 365 adoption, training, or digital workplace enablement.Deep understanding of core Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Automate, Forms, Viva, etc.).Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible, engaging language.Experience designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.Creative approach to communications, with experience developing visually engaging content.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
