The Learning & Development Expert plays a key role in creating, building, and organising quality training programs on social, environmental, and governance topics related to supply chain for Partners, Auditors, and Members worldwide.
The Learning & Development Expert is responsible for:
- Planning, budgeting, and organising trainings in collaboration with Learning & Development Teams worldwide.
- Liaising with Experts to create blended learning content for social and environmental topics.
- Draft and negotiate training contracts with service providers.
- Lead the development of engaging trainings regarding content, quality, and timely execution.
- Recruiting and onboarding new trainers.
- Updating the Learning Management System by publishing trainings and webinars, managing access, and providing tool support and user experience improvements.
- In order to raise awareness and promote trainings, contribute to articles and newsletters for different audiences.
- To ensure continuous improvement and relevant trainings: gather and analyse feedback on trainings and trainers and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Master's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in organising trainings, managing trainers, and developing training content.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, training observation, and performance evaluation of trainers.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Assertive but diplomatic interpersonal skills mean you engage well with all stakeholders.
- Committed to building working relationships based on trust and respect.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in either Articulate Storyline 360, or Adobe Captivate, or PowerPoint, or Camtasia.
- Extensive experience utilising and improving Learning Management Systems.
- You have solid organisational skills and are well versed in project management.
- Highly analytical in order to be able to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- You are a dynamic and results-oriented team player and hence this fast-paced collaborative work environment will appeal.
- Competitive salary + Homeworking Allowance, 90€, Company phone, 600€ budget + subscription, Laptop, Internet connection at home, (50€/month).

- Personality test and Assessment with Heracli Tzafestas from LDI Advisors. Onboarding and integration program is based on Assessment.
- From 1st interview to decision takes 3 weeks.
