Functie
Als Learning & Development Specialist bij emeis breng je samen met de Learning & Development Manager de opleidingsbehoeften in kaart. Je stelt een strategisch opleidings- en ontwikkelingsplan op en implementeert opleidingsprogramma's (face-to-face en digitaal).
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je verbetert voortdurend het bestaande opleidingsprogramma en ontwikkelt specifieke opleidingsprogramma's voor de residenties;
- Je ontwikkelt een Onboarding-programma voor elke sleutelfunctie in samenwerking met de afdeling Talent Acquisition;
- Je coördineert en faciliteert interne en externe opleidingsactiviteiten met trainers (intern en extern);
- Je evalueert de effectiviteit en impact van trainingsprogramma's en helpt bij het opzetten van een systeem voor het monitoren van leren en vaardigheden om continue verbetering te garanderen;
- Je beheert opleidingsbudgetten;
- Je gaat door met de implementatie van het VTO (nieuwe tool voor het beheer van opleidingsregistraties) en levert systematische rapportagesystemen;
- Je werkt aan de digitalisering van het opleidingsaanbod binnen emeis. Je ontwikkelt e-learnings, zoekt naar digitale oplossingen voor het opleidingsaanbod, digitaliseert bepaalde processen (in samenwerking met Frankrijk) en digitaliseert onboarding met behulp van een platform zoals Workelo (via Frankrijk);
- Je treedt op als ambassadeur voor de afdeling Learning & Development en stimuleert collega's om zelf hun professionele ontwikkeling en opleidingskeuzes in handen te nemen;
- Je monitort trends en best practices op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen en past deze toe om de effectiviteit van het trainingsaanbod te verbeteren.

- Je hebt ervaring met het managen van ontwikkel- en opleidingsprojecten.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring of affiniteit met de ouderenzorg.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- Je hebt ervaring met het implementeren en/of gebruiken van digitale oplossingen, idealiter met een LMS.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en het behalen van doelstellingen is voor jou een echte drive.
- Je bent hands-on, autonoom en bedachtzaam.
- Je hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen.
- Je bent proactief en assertief, met zin voor initiatief en een uitstekende teamgeest.
