IT Infrastructure Project Manager M/F This is your mission Are you passionate about IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and delivering strategic transformation projects? As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multiple IT infrastructure projects across Microsoft, Azure, and hybrid environments while ensuring successful delivery across teams and stakeholders. Build side Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including Cyber Security, Cloud, Lifecycle Management (LCM), and On-premise + Cloud initiatives Coordinate project scope, planning, timelines, resources, and budget Drive the implementation and migration of on-premise solutions to Azure services and modern cloud environments (containers, M365, Azure) Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment Define project documentation: roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, reporting Ensure technical feasibility and support decision-making with senior stakeholders Lead vendor coordination and tools management, including Microfocus Lifecycle Management (LCM), infrastructure partners, Microsoft, and integrators Guarantee compliance with internal governance, ITIL frameworks, and security standards Run side Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays Ensure continuity of infrastructure services during transition phases Support operational teams during deployment and post-migration Track KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to ensure project success Provide regular reporting to management and PMO Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and processes This is your background You are an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record working in complex environments. You enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions. You thrive in environments where leadership, structure, and clear communication are essential to success. Experience with Microfocus Lifecycle Management (LCM) is considered a strong advantage. This is your expertise Solid experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects (network, security, servers, cloud, lifecycle management) Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory, M365) Proven experience with Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, networking, governance, containers) Familiarity with Lifecycle Management (LCM) and specifically Microfocus LCM Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) Experience with project methodologies: Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall Ability to translate technical constraints into actionable plans Understanding of cybersecurity best practices (able to manage cyber projects without being a dedicated cyber specialist) This is how you work as part of a team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Structured, organized, and delivery-driven Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership Strong leadership and ability to influence without authority Analytical mindset and high attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Generalist and adaptable profile, capable of navigating different technical domains This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
