What will you do as a Global Sales Director?- Maintain, refine and implement Sales Strategy
- Coach and manage the sales team
- Manage and install strong relations with your own Key Accounts
- Prepare and follow-up on Sales forecast and actuals
- Investigate for new markets and research into new applications
- Decide upon new market opportunities, conduct and apply the appropriate tactics to achieve the targets .
- Align marketing and sales to have a consistent approach and communication in the market.
- Full ownership of the global sales P&L , ensuring profitable growth
- You will report directly to the CEO.
Vitafor, a Belgian company established in 1974 and based in Sint Niklaas, is a producer and supplier of feed additives such as minerals, vitamins, pigments and other ingredients for the feed industry in both liquid and powder forms. Vitafor operates globally and together with partners delivers premium quality nutritional products for feed and drinking water tailored to the needs of livestock. What is CFS Vitafor Belgium looking for in a Global Sales Director?- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar function and knowledge of the Animal health & Nutrition Industry
- Proven track record in managing a sales team , preferably in the Animal health & Nutrition Industry
- Thanks to your experience and logic you can develop and deploy sales strategies to new and existing markets
- The people manager that brings people to a higher level in helping them achieve their targets
- You are a driven, high-performing, self-starting professional who enjoys talking with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting.
- You are a self-starter and an overachiever , looking to make a long-term career move where you can be highly rewarded based on performance.
- You enjoy taking ownership and contributing to building a world-class operation in Europe, Asia and the Americas
- You communicate fluently in English , while proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
- You will undergo internal training at our site in Belgium and in the commercial entities abroad, where you will learn everything about our products and services.
