**What you will be doing**
As an Director Services you will be leading our Services team responsible for executing our state-of-the-art document automation product in the Belgium area. You will be leading a team of professionals all around the globe, currently 5 people large but the goal is to double this team within two years since we are growing.
With your experience and leadership you will build and scale up your team to meet the growing demand and needs around the globe. You will help establish processes, best practices, and methodologies within the teams that ensure top quality, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer. Therefore you will be partnering with other great leaders within the company to accomplish both near shore and offshore objectives. You will be responsible for establishing revenue targets, lead divisional profitability, and work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth transition of projects from sales to services.
Also, you will be responsible for managing KPI's, understanding the demand, and you will be working together with our pre-sales team by talking to prospects and customers to help them grow their business. At last you will be maintaining an active and healthy project execution.

**Who are you**
You are a strong leader with proven experience with recruiting talent, building-, and scaling up teams. You have a strong ability to work with people from different cultures and environments and believe in teamwork and collaboration with others.
Furthermore we ask you to have;
- Demonstrated experience building up and scaling services teams while hitting established revenue targets around 1 million, to double within two years;
- Experience with implementing processes and methodologies that follow best practice for ensuring quality, risk mitigation, knowledge transfer, and sharing;
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software, document generation, and similar products;
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, BC, CE, AX, or Salesforce a plus.
