Process Improvement Expert Wanted We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing and improving our business processes. Job Description The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and improvement, with experience working in production environments. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our current processes and proposing potential improvements. Key responsibilities include: Mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes Identifying key bottlenecks and inefficiencies Proposing potential improvements and optimizations Eliminating bottlenecks, reducing risks, improving efficiency, and streamlining workflows Improving the performance of key processes by reducing risks, lowering costs, and eliminating non-productive activities Working closely with stakeholders across the organization to implement process improvements Required Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Senior-level experience as a Business Process Analyst Professional background not limited to IT, with experience in production environments No junior profiles (we are looking for qualitative, seasoned experience) Experience with IT-driven production processes and end-to-end business processes Experience with administrative and financial processes Affinity and insight into IT processes and controls related to production and administrative workflows Pragmatic mindset Hands-on approach Nice to Have In addition to the required skills and qualifications, it would be beneficial if you have: Experience in production cost calculations Ability to build business cases Languages Native-level Dutch is a must, with good knowledge of French being an asset. Soft Skills As a Process Improvement Expert, you will need to possess: Strong communication skills Ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Autonomous and proactive mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
