Vos missions / Uw verantwoordelijkheden Développer une vision stratégique pour nos clients, en articulant réflexion prospective, analyse organisationnelle et recommandations opérationnelles. Réaliser des analyses de données avancées, produire des scénarios et les transformer en pistes d’action concrètes. Concevoir et piloter des projets de conseil à fort impact, depuis la définition de la stratégie jusqu’à la mise en œuvre. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les managers et directeurs pour encadrer les équipes projet, assurer la qualité des livrables et le développement des consultants juniors. Être un véritable partenaire de confiance pour nos clients : comprendre leurs enjeux, challenger leurs modèles et les accompagner vers des solutions innovantes et durables. Profil recherché / Gezocht profiel 3 à 5 ans d’expérience réussie en cabinet de conseil en management/stratégie ou en poste stratégique dans le secteur santé, pharma ou life sciences. Si vous venez d’un autre secteur, démontrer un fort intérêt pour les enjeux de santé, de transformation organisationnelle et d’innovation dans ce domaine. Capacité à penser stratégiquement tout en restant opérationnel et analytique. Excellentes aptitudes de communication, esprit de synthèse et capacité à convaincre. Orientation client et sens du résultat, esprit collaboratif et travail en équipe dans un environnement ambitieux. Bilingue français–néerlandais (ou au minimum une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais).
