La mission du Lead est de prendre la responsabilité dédiée de surveiller et de gérer les domaines spécifiques pour favoriser le succès commercial du magasin. En tant qu'employé représentant Nike, nous attendons de vous que vous respectiez vos collègues, nos principes éthiques et nos valeurs.
Lead - Front of House (FOH)
Performance
Suivre, surveiller et s'assurer que l'équipe des Athlètes atteint les objectifs de vente et les indicateurs clés : ventes, conversion, UPT, ADT, salaires, turnover, staffing, formations SKU, PULSE, suivi des cartes de pointage quotidiennement.
Soutenir la direction du magasin dans la mise en œuvre des plans d'action pour atteindre les résultats individuels et collectifs.
Construire et maintenir une forte conscience commerciale des concurrents et des marchés locaux.
Représenter nos valeurs et éthiques et veiller à ce que les autres les respectent également.
People (Personnel)
Soutenir la direction du magasin dans la préparation des entretiens individuels pour les membres de l'équipe.
Responsable du coaching et du développement des membres de l'équipe.
Responsable de la mesure des performances de l'équipe en magasin.
Délégation et supervision des tâches au sein de l'équipe du magasin.
Préparation des réunions de mise à jour du matin et de l'après-midi (huddle) ainsi que du plan quotidien pour les employés.
Product (Produit)
Responsable du respect des directives de merchandising visuel fournies.
Servir de ressource en connaissances produits pour les consommateurs et les associés débutants.
Responsable de la disponibilité des produits sur le sol de vente.
Soutenir l'équipe du Back of House dans la gestion générale des stocks et des mouvements en réserve et sur le sol de vente.
Soutenir l'équipe de Visual Merchandising dans la préparation commerciale du magasin et les aider dans l'agencement des produits sur le sol de vente.
Vérifier les tiroirs-caisses et préparer les dépôts bancaires.
Customer Service (Service client)
Responsable de l'établissement d'une mentalité centrée sur le client pour assurer une expérience client optimale.
Responsable de la collecte des données clients et de la gestion de la qualité.
Responsable de la gestion des transactions, des réclamations et des retours.
Processes & Systems (Processus et systèmes)
Responsable du respect de toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
Utilisation experte des systèmes commerciaux et des technologies récentes.
Responsable de toutes les opérations liées à la prévention des pertes sur le sol de vente.
Capacité à communiquer avec le département informatique et l'équipe de bureau en cas de problème système durant le service.
