Une entreprise belge en pleine croissance dans les services financiers, renforce son département Finance afin de soutenir l’expansion de ses activités, l’amélioration continue de ses processus et le respect de ses obligations réglementaires.Dans ce contexte d’évolution rapide, nous recherchons un·e Senior Reconciliation Officer pour rejoindre l’équipe en charge de la gestion et du contrôle des flux de cash et transactions associées.🎯 Votre missionSous la responsabilité du Reconciliation Manager, vous jouez un rôle central dans le suivi et la cohérence des flux financiers liés aux operations. Vos responsabilités couvrent notamment :Contrôles & ReconciliationsAssurer la réconciliation du cash circulant dans le réseau de distributeurs automatiques.Exécuter des contrôles quotidiens et mensuels portant sur le cycle cash et les schémas de paiement.Identifier les écarts, analyser les causes et en assurer la documentation claire et structurée.Garantir la correcte traduction comptable des impacts sur le bilan et le P&L.Reporting & AnalysePréparer les tableaux de bord et indicateurs clés destinés au management.Soutenir le Reconciliation Manager lors de la présentation des résultats mensuels aux parties prenantes internes.Assurer la fiabilité de la position de cash en fin de mois pour les besoins de reporting externe.Coordination & Amélioration continueEntretenir des contacts opérationnels avec les banques partenaires, prestataires, fournisseurs de services et comptables.Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d’outils de reporting et de contrôle interne, aux côtés du CFO et du Reconciliation Manager.Proposer des pistes d’optimisation pour améliorer les processus et renforcer la maîtrise opérationnelle.👤 Profil recherchéCompétences techniquesBachelier ou Master en Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion ou équivalent.3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire (finance, comptabilité, controlling, environnement bancaire ou transactionnel).Maîtrise d’Excel ; connaissance de Power BI est un atout important.Capacité à structurer et présenter des données financières de manière claire.Anglais courant ; la connaissance du français ou du néerlandais est un avantage.Compétences personnellesIntégrité irréprochable et sens de la confidentialité.Autonomie combinée à une forte orientation équipe.Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à prioriser efficacement.Goût pour l’analyse, la résolution de problèmes et la recherche de solutions pragmatiques.Attitude proactive, orientée amélioration continue et optimisation des process.Personnalité pratique, orientée client interne, dans un environnement non-bureaucratique.🎁 Ce que nous offronsPackage salarial compétitif, assorti d’avantages extra-légaux.Organisation flexible permettant jusqu’à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.Environnement moderne, bureaux situés à proximité immédiate de la Gare du Nord.Culture collaborative où l’initiative est valorisée, au sein d’une entreprise en pleine expansion.
