Business Development Manager

En tant que Business Development Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'expansion des solutions de sécurisation de l'alimentation électrique destinées aux industries, hôpitaux, datacenters, infrastructures stratégiques (aéroports, etc.) sur l'ensemble du territoire français.
Vos responsabilitésVotre mission consistera à :
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en cohérence avec notre stratégie et les concrétiser en collaboration avec nos équipes techniques et commerciales.
- Détecter le potentiel chez vos prospects et développer des opportunités commerciales adaptées à leurs besoins.
- Prospecter par téléphone et organiser des rendez-vous avec des décideurs techniques en France (directeurs techniques, responsables maintenance, etc.).
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la signature des contrats, dans le respect des procédures et des valeurs de l'entreprise.
- Construire et entretenir une relation de confiance avec vos clients en leur proposant une approche personnalisée.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de la Business Unit et nos ingénieurs pour assurer la faisabilité technique des projets.
- Développer des partenariats avec des bureaux d'études, installateurs et autres acteurs locaux.
- Participer aux salons professionnels, séminaires et autres événements liés à notre secteur.
- Vous avez une expérience réussie en commerce B2B et un véritable esprit de chasseur.
- Vous avez une formation technique (bachelier/master).
- Vous êtes passionné.e par les nouvelles technologies et le secteur de l'énergie.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec la prospection et savez convaincre vos interlocuteurs. - Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et savez travailler en autonomie (vous serez seul à gérer le développement du territoire France et vous n'avez pas de soucis à être seul).
- Vous êtes flexible et prêt.e à effectuer des déplacements très réguliers en France.
