Description de fonction

Elia souhaite renforcer son département Scenarios, Market and Adequacy Analysis afin de répondre aux défis liés à l'évolution du système énergétique. Ce département quantifie et analyse les scénarios de mix énergétique européen, et réalise également de nombreuses études (publiques ou internes) sur l'avenir énergétique de la Belgique et de l'Europe, la sécurité d'approvisionnement et les projets d'interconnexion.

Le département procède également à des analyses économiques du renforcement du réseau à haute tension, qui sont utilisées dans des projets bilatéraux menés avec d'autres gestionnaires de réseau ou dans le cadre du Plan de Développement fédéral pour le réseau d'Elia ou le TYNDP européen (plan de développement décennal du réseau).

Vos responsabilités

  • En tant que Senior Expert Electricity Market Studies & Team Lead, vous êtes responsable d'une petite équipe qui réalise des études grâce à des outils de dispatching économique.
  • Vous établissez la roadmap pour le cadre de modélisation utilisé lors des études de marché et le programme de travail de votre équipe en collaboration avec des stakeholders internes.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Grid et Market Development d'Elia, ainsi qu'avec divers partenaires du secteur.
  • Vous créez, améliorez et utilisez le modèle de simulation de marché électrique d'Elia (ANTARES).
  • Vous réalisez des études de marché du système électrique à l'aide de modèles de dispatching économique, analysez les résultats et tirez des conclusions.
Votre profil
  • Vous avez au moins cinq années d'expérience dans la modélisation du marché de l'électricité ou l'analyse de données.
  • Vous avez de préférence une expérience en gestion d'équipe.
  • Vous disposez d'une connaissance approfondie des outils de dispatching économique et de préférence avec ANTARES.
  • Vous avez un diplôme universitaire en économie, ingénierie, mathématiques, IT ou analyse de données.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais et disposez d'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
