Als Senior Krediet Expert bij de P&V Groep speel je een cruciale rol in het beoordelen en beheren van kredietaanvragen, waarbij je bijdraagt aan een gezonde kredietportefeuille en de bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunt. Analyseren en structureren van complexe kredietdossiers. Berekenen van inkomsten van natuurlijke en rechtspersonen en beoordelen van de financiële gezondheid van bedrijven met beheersing van Risk management, compliance, etc. Zelfstandig beslissen tot 500K. Voorbereiden en presenteren van kredietdossiers boven 500K in het kredietcomité. Opvolgen en bewaken van de kredietportefeuille van het bedrijf: poste acte-operaties, geschillen. Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van contracten voor makelaarsleningen. Actief deelnemen aan strategische of reporting opdrachten. Ondersteunen en coachen van kredietanalysten. Master- of bachelorniveau in een financiële of economische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Een juridische of fiscale achtergrond is een plus. Een aanzienlijke ervaring in hypothecaire kredieten; ervaring in investeringskredieten is een plus. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail. Uitstekende communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
