Sinds juli 2016 maken Fnac en Vanden Borre deel uit van dezelfde groep, het Franse Fnac Darty. In één klap hebben de twee retailers hun krachten gebundeld en werken ze achter de schermen samen onder de naam Fnac Vanden Borre. Elke retailer blijft afzonderlijk actief op de Belgische markt, maar met dezelfde doelstelling: "Intelligente keuzes, dat is wat ze zoeken".
Vanden Borre is al tientallen jaren marktleider in België. Klanten die op zoek zijn naar audio-, tv-, multimedia- en huiselektronica-apparatuur profiteren van de eersteklas service van het bedrijf. Er zijn 72 winkels in België.
Fnac is dé plek om boeken, cd's, dvd's, software en elektronica te ontdekken. Fnac opende zijn eerste winkel in België in 1981 en ze zijn aanwezig in de belangrijkste stadscentra op 14 locaties.
Bij Fnac Vanden Borre werken ongeveer 1.000 mensen. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Sint-Pieters-Woluwe. De omzet bedraagt 650 miljoen euro.
Head of Logistics
De Head of Logistics beheert en optimaliseert de logistieke processen die nodig zijn om de producten efficiënt en kosteneffectief naar de winkels of eindklant te krijgen.
Hij/zij zorgt voor supply chain optimalisatie om de snelheid van leveringen te verhogen, kosten te verlagen en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren. Daarbij brengt hij de as-is in kaart en zoekt hij/zij naar optimalisaties en transformeert hij/zij de organisatie naar een moderner en efficiënter geheel.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je identificeert gebieden die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn om de logistieke processen te optimaliseren en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te garanderen;
- Je identificeert de beste marktpraktijken (lean, robotisering, AI, enz.) en stelt hiervoor een meerjaren verbeteringsplan voor.
- Je bepaalt het management, de systemen en de investeringen die nodig zijn om de overgang naar een 2.0 supply chain te versnellen.
- Als Head of Logistics geef je leiding aan een team van managers en teamleiders > 100 FTE verspreid over de verschillende vestigingen
- Je houdt toezicht houden op voorraad, ordervoorbereiding en verzendactiviteiten met name voor de e-commerce klanten;
- Je organiseert en bewaakt de pieken in de activiteit aan het einde van het jaar, evenals stromen in verband met productretours en herbevoorrading. Je garandeert de voorraadresultaten;
- Je zorgt voor coördinatie met de andere afdelingen, met name het S&OP-proces met Sales, om de zakelijke uitdagingen aan te gaan;
Gewenste profiel:
- Opleiding: Master in Supply Chain of gelijkwaardig;
- Ervaring: minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de industrie/logistiek, idealiter in een omgeving met grote volumes;
- Leiderschap: gedegen managementervaring en het vermogen om teams te verenigen;
- Technische vaardigheden: beheersing van ERP, BI en uitstekend begrip van logistieke processen;
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: nauwkeurigheid, organisatie, aanpassingsvermogen en teamgeest;
- Je werkt vanuit Sint Pieters Leeuw en Willebroek;
- Talen: Frans en Nederlands. Vloeiend in het Engels is niet verplicht maar wel een pluspunt;
